If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
When returns are accepted:
- Defective/damaged items
- Wrong item or size shipped
- Print quality issues
- Item never arrived
How to submit a return request:
- Take photos showing the issue (defects, wrong item, etc.)
- Explain the issue with the item
- Inform us if you want a replacement or refund
- Email them to hello@ballzy.com
When returns are NOT accepted:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Buyer's remorse / changed mind
- Color variations from what appeared on screen
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shirt arrived damaged or has a print defect, send us a photo and we'll engage the manufacturer for a replacement.
Email us at hello@ballzy.com with your order number and share your concerns. We'll work to prevent the issue from happening again, and try to make the situation as right as we can.
