Returns & Exchanges

 

When returns are accepted:

  • Defective/damaged items
  • Wrong item or size shipped
  • Print quality issues
  • Item never arrived

 

How to submit a return request:

  1. Take  photos showing the issue (defects, wrong item, etc.)
  2. Explain the issue with the item
  3. Inform us if you want a replacement or refund
  4. Email them to hello@ballzy.com

When returns are NOT accepted:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse / changed mind
  • Color variations from what appeared on screen

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shirt arrived damaged or has a print defect, send us a photo and we'll engage the manufacturer for a replacement.

Email us at hello@ballzy.com with your order number and share your concerns. We'll work to prevent the issue from happening again, and try to make the situation as right as we can.
